I use AHS and had placed a service call. They sent another company who provided me with a very expensive explanation of the problem. I told AHS I wanted a second opinion and only wanted a Comfort First tech. James actually inspected all of the equipment and identified a minor issue that he remedied easily.

Replaced the failed 45/5uf run capacitor and installed a surge protector. System is now cooling properly at this time.

Found blower speed set too low which I corrected. System is now cooling properly at this time.
